Progress

  1. NETCF is regarded by local authorities, stakeholders and others as the primary consultative body.
  2. Regional Transport Strategy (RTS) approved by Ministers July 2008. Both Councils have progressed Local Transport Strategies (LTS).
  3. NETCF provides a link between communities and national and regional policy development.
  4. RTS and LTSs adopted and being delivered.

 

Key Partnerships and Strategies

Nestrans is a Partnership of Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council, with four external board members, representing NHS Grampian, Scottish Enterprise Grampian, public transport and freight interests.
