Safety

The Remit:

  • Members of the Aberdeen Community Safety Partnership (ACSP) work together to plan and take action based on evidence, to make Aberdeen a safer place to live, work and visit.

The Forum:

  • 3 full meetings of ACSP minutes / agendas on website.
  • Quarterly meetings of Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) Task Group and Domestic Abuse Partnership.
  • Neighbourhood Case Forums and Joint Case Conferences meet as required.
  • Risk Assessment ½ day regarding Strategic Assessment.
  • 2 meetings of Sex Industry Forum.

Forum Activity:

Performance is a key focus.

  • Quarterly reports on progress towards output and outcome targets in ASB Outcome Agreement to both the ASB Task Group and the ACSP, similar with 3 Problem Solving Plans.
  • All funded interventions/services have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / contracts in place including targets, and contract monitoring takes place beyond the ACSP meetings as appropriate to level of investment.
