These drafts detail the issues that have been identified as being of a high priority within the local neighbourhoods along with the actions that are being taken to resolve these issues. The summary plans will be published by March 2006 and will also include some background to neighbourhood planning, statistical information about the local neighbourhood and contact details for more information.

While the summary plan will only detail the action being taken to deal with high priority issues the full plan will provide details on the actions being taken to deal will all local issues.

We trust you will be able to provide any comments on the draft summary plan. In particular we wish to know if the draft action plan:-

  • is easily understood;
  • reflects the priority issues within the local neighbourhood;
  • adequately explains how you can contribute and influence future action plans.

In addition, please let us know of any errors or omissions. We look forward to your comments by the end of January 2006 - please complete and return the Response Form
