The 15th City Voice questionnaire can be printed off, completed and returned to the address below, or you can request a hard copy by contacting Philippa Corley on (01224) 522935 or e-mail CityVoice@aberdeencity.gov.uk. A hard copy will also automatically be sent to all current 'online panellists'. We are looking to purchase specific online questionnaire software and hope to have the online questionnaire up and running soon.
