What happens to the completed Questionnaire?

After the completed questionnaires have been returned, staff at Robert Gordon University analyse the results.  They produce a full Report as well as a summary newsletter highlighting the main results.  Newsletters are issued to all panellists to keep them informed of how their answers are influencing the decision made in the city today.  Full reports are issued to every Elected Member, Council Director and Partner organisations.

The questionnaire return rate is usually around 65%, providing a sample of city views.  Ideally we would like to get as near as possible to a 100% response rate, to get the most accurate picture possible of the views of the citizens of Aberdeen.

Are the results available to everyone in Aberdeen?

Results from the both the full Report and the summary Newsletter are available at all city libraries, The Point on Broad Street, and by contacting Philippa Corley on (01224) 522935 or e-mail CityVoice@aberdeencity.gov.uk
