Challenges Introduction

Since the launch of our first Community Plan in 2001, we have been developing the Community Planning framework across the City and a framework to improve public and other services across the North East. 

Our Community Plan identified challenges and set targets in each challenge area.  Challenge Forums have been developed around the challenges to progress the targets.  Each Challenge Forum brings together relevant partners from the public, private, voluntary and community sectors in the City and reports to The Aberdeen City Alliance (TACA).
