Aberdeen Works – Pipeline Project

Working together, the Aberdeen Works Linking Opportunity and Need (LOAN) pipeline programme provides easy access to a range of services designed to help people get into work, return to work or upgrade their skills.

Six organisations across Aberdeen are working together to help people in Aberdeen gain key skills and follow the employability pipeline back to work.

• Volunteer Centre Aberdeen
• WEA

Advice, support and practical help are available.Access points are now open in all regeneration areas. A key worker will be assigned to work with you to get you job ready and help you find a job.
