Aberdeen Works is a Community Planning Aberdeen challenge Forum which brings partners together to maintain a focus of employment and employment issues in Aberdeen City. 

The Forum was established by The Aberdeen City Alliance (TACA) in 2008 and reports to The Aberdeen City Alliance on a regular basis. Aberdeen Works also contributed to the Single Outcome Agreement (SOA), making sure that the agreed outcomes for the City are realised.

• Oversee the Linking Opportunity and Need Team (LOAN)
