SMS Redesign Proposal

The NHS Grampian Substance Misuse Service (SMS) is proposing to undertake a major re-organisation of the way it delivers services in order to meet national targets and best practice.

This proposal represents a restructuring in line with continuous service improvement and lean management principles ensuring cost effective and efficient service delivery within an integrated service pathway from stabilisation through to recovery.
