ADP Members
The ADP includes senior staff from the statutory authorities. It also includes representatives from; Aberdeen Civic Forum, Aberdeen Council of Voluntary Organisations (ACVO) and Aberdeen City Drugs, Alcohol and BBV Forum.
The ADP strategically co-ordinates partnership working on substance misuse issues, which it does through holding quarterly meetings.
These meetings consider issues such as: Strategy and policy; Governance; Allocation of resources; Performance; Commissioning of services.
The membership of the ADP includes a nominated Chair from NHS Grampian, Aberdeen City Council or Grampian Police, along with representatives from the following organisations and groups.
